Daylight Counseling offers a safe, supportive space for children, adolescents, and young adults to improve their quality of life by gaining insight and developing coping skills for anxiety, depression, school refusal, trauma, and other emotional difficulties.

A supportive, one-on-one space where children, teens, and young adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In our sessions, we focus on building insight, coping skills, and confidence.

Compassionate support through anxiety and depression therapy for young people grappling with worry, sadness, low motivation, or self-doubt. We aim to restore steadiness, resilience, and hope.

Support for children and adolescents experiencing overwhelming emotions or facing challenges with school engagement. We work collaboratively to enhance coping skills and reduce avoidance behaviors.

A trauma-informed approach that aids children, teens, and young adults in processing difficult experiences in a safe and gradual manner. Our focus is on rebuilding a sense of safety, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering long-term healing.

Collaborative support for parents seeking practical tools and a deeper understanding of their child’s emotional and behavioral needs. Together, we create strategies that strengthen connection, consistency, and confidence at home.

Practical, engaging trainings for educators and school teams focused on supporting students. These sessions are designed to provide actionable tools that foster steadiness, connection, and growth within the classroom.
Daylight Counseling is a solo private-practice that was built on the idea that every young person has the capability to grow. In sessions, we focus on relationship-building to ensure that individuals feel safe to be vulnerable in the therapy room. Therapy can seem scary and intimidating, but it doesn't have to be!
I offer support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, school-refusal and avoidance, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, identity exploration, and parental coaching. I want to support children and teens in building emotional resilience, developing confidence, and developing coping skills to increase their quality of life.

Parents have busy schedules, as do children. Work, extracurriculars, and family obligations can greatly impact after-school scheduling.
At Daylight Counseling, I want to ensure that counseling services are accessible to children and families, which is why I partner with schools in the Milwaukee area. Your child could receive services during the school day, easing scheduling conflicts.
Check out our "where are we" page to see if I provide services at your child's school. If not, leave a request and I can provide options!
